These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Aupets. Contact support@aupets.shop for order support.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the products in your cart. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including if products are unavailable, pricing or listing errors occur, payment is not authorised, delivery details are incomplete, or fraud is suspected.

Prices and currency

Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable discounts are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment

You must pay for your order using an accepted payment method. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, materials, and care information. Please review all information before purchasing and contact us if you need help choosing a product for your pet.

Delivery

Delivery is handled under our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided, subject to your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and remedies

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and remedies are handled under our Refund Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any change-of-mind return rights we offer.

Pet suitability

You are responsible for choosing products suitable for your pet's size, age, breed, health, behaviour, and needs. Product information is general and does not replace veterinary advice.
