Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotions, or supplier delays, processing may take longer.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery within Australia is generally 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery to regional, remote, or rural areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, public holidays, customs or biosecurity checks, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any free-shipping offers apply only where stated and may be subject to order value, product, or location restrictions.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@aupets.shop.

Authority to leave and missed deliveries

If a carrier offers authority to leave or similar delivery options, you are responsible for choosing a secure delivery location. If delivery is missed, follow the carrier's instructions for redelivery or collection.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@aupets.shop with your order number. We will work with the carrier and handle any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.

International shipping

At this time, we primarily sell and ship within Australia. If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, or local restrictions that may apply.
