Subscription and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies if Aupets offers subscriptions, recurring orders, memberships, or auto-renewing purchases.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, the subscription details shown at checkout will explain the products, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and any minimum commitment that applies.

Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Prices, shipping fees, taxes, and product availability may change where permitted by law, and we will provide notice where required.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

You may manage, pause, or cancel an eligible subscription through the account tools provided, where available, or by contacting support@aupets.shop. To avoid the next charge, cancellation requests should be made before the next billing date. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you for updated payment details, pause the subscription, or cancel it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty products, misleading descriptions, or services not provided with due care and skill.
